I wish there was a way to adjust the volume of a soundtrack added to iMovie. Every time I add a music track, it always drowns out the activity of the video clip, and you can't hear the dialogue.

My first impression of imovie was that it really lacked the flexibility that I enjoy in a more complex program like Final Cut. However, now that I've begun to upload to YouTube and share, it's amazing how simple the process is.

My only issue is I don't want to leave the project parked on my hard drive, yet saving to an external only saves the project and not the reference files, so that I've gone through quite a bit of tumult in trying to spare HD space and keep those projects in order. Yikes.
One should be able to option to save the whole project or just elements to another space. Maybe it does, but I have not yet discovered that option.
